The Dating Game, A guys perspective...

So this dating game is pretty interesting to me... It's funny to me how women work, or at least how they seem to work... Or is it how they want you to think they work (I'm so confused)... I'm currently single (as a slice of cheese) and in this dating game, although I often find myself observing more often then participating. Dating can be very exciting for some, and very painful for others. What I've done is come up with a few things that guys go by. Of course these are my opinions, but what the hell...

#1 If I am dating you, I'm not your man until otherwise agreed upon by both parties evolved.
A few dates doesn't mean a long relationship, or even that I want to be with you. Just figuring things out. Baby steps...

#2 If you see me out with another woman, you can't get mad. If it has been plainly explained to you that you're not the only woman I'm dating, then don't get mad if I'm spending time with someone else. It not a good look. There will be a discussion on our exclusivity if that point is ever reached...

#3 Do not always be available to me. Have your own thing going, that way when we do get together, we can really maximize our time spent. Time apart makes the heart grow fonder... It can also make the heart move on, you just gotta find that perfect balance.

#4 If I wanna see you, I will see you, no excuses. If I don't call you, or don't heed your advances, then I don't like you nor do I want you. Get a grip!!! Guys make time for what they wanna make time for...

#5 Let a man be a man. If I wanna hold your door, pull out your chair, pay for dinner, walk you to your door, then let me!!! Chivalry is dead because of women!!! Not every dude expect something in return for doing these things. If your too stupid to recognize a good man, KILL YOURSELF!!!

#6 Good women will attract good men... Think about it... Make sure the package your presenting is worthy of the package your looking for... Reality Check!!!

#7 Don't be demanding. The right man will want to do things for you, you wont have to ask... I'm serious... Expecting things too early is a serious warning sign to us.

#8 Keep our business, OUR BUSINESS!!! Telling your girlfriends ever damn detail about us is not a good thing. Some of your friends don't really want you to be happy... Probably because they're not your real friends...

#9 Be yourself. There was something about you that attracted me to you. If I learn that you were faking the funk, then SPLITSVILLE!!! I mean, I hollered at you in the grocery store, you had a ball cap and sweat pants on. Then on our dates, you got 3 ft of weave in and 3 lbs of makeup!!! Tone it down a little bit, please?

#10 What you are to us is completely up to you. Put out too soon and the chase is over. Wait too long and we loose interest. The vibe is everything, we recognize it you should too. At the end of the day, we're all looking for love and when sparks fly, let them catch ablaze!
